Selling Policies


Sales

Thanks for shopping with us. We appreciate your business. We want to provide the best shopping experience offering quality products and good service. We sell two types of products. For each category we have specific policies we want you to know while shopping with us.
  • Digital items: We sell our products to customers worldwide.We might cancel the sale at any time at our discretion if we detect any suspicious activity. We might ask the buyer proof of identity and/or address if necessary.
  • Physical items: At the moment, we sell our products to customers based in The United States and Venezuela only. We don't sell to other international customers.

Delivery

  • Digital items: We send the card code by email only. We do not ship the physical card. We send it the same day that payment has been approved. Usually we send it within few hours.
  • Physical items: We ship by parcel service with shipping cost charged to the buyer. We deliver same day that payment has been approved except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Returns

  • Digital items: No returns. Due to the nature of delivery by email there's no need to return the item.
  • Physical items: For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon product availability and your request.

Refunds

  • Digital items: We make sure that all the codes we sell come from new cards that have not been previously used. Usually when there is a problem is because the buyer doesn't know how to use the code. We provide the necessary information so that it can be redeemed successfully. However, if the problem persists, we evaluate the case, and if we determine that it was our fault, we will issue a refund for the total amount paid.
  • Physical items: After returning the item within 14 days of the date you receive the product based upon your request.

Warranty

  • Digital items: No warranty. Neither the issuer nor the seller is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or use without your permission. Keep them close. They are valuable and can be redeemed by whoever finds them.
  • Physical items: Manufacturer's warranty for the period of time stipulated in the product warranty. Seller's warranty for 14 days starting from the date you receive the product.
